In order to make a perfect team both horse and rider must be at their best. With regular bodywork any physical or emotional problems can be reduced or ironed out before they become an issue. The result is an increase in health and performance, and a higher level of comfort and enjoyment for both horse and rider. Combined with a saddle fitted to the horse and suitable for the rider, you are off to a good start.
